1. Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-voice)

  • Qualifications: Candidates should have Any Graduation Degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Freshers/Experience
  • Pay Scale: Not Specified.

Detailed Profile:

  • Fresher’s/Experienced candidates with good communication skills in English, Hindi, & Marathi.
  • Should be well-informed about Computer.
  • Should be customer-service oriented.
  • Neutral accent in communication.
  • Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).
  • Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or
  • Should have good sales skills.
  • Previous work experience with a BPO would be desirable but is not mandatory.
  • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts.
  • Should be willing to work in Voice/Non voice Based process.
