1. Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-voice)
- Qualifications: Candidates should have Any Graduation Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Freshers/Experience
- Pay Scale: Not Specified.
- Fresher’s/Experienced candidates with good communication skills in English, Hindi, & Marathi.
- Should be well-informed about Computer.
- Should be customer-service oriented.
- Neutral accent in communication.
- Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).
- Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or
- Should have good sales skills.
- Previous work experience with a BPO would be desirable but is not mandatory.
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts.
- Should be willing to work in Voice/Non voice Based process.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Personal Interview.
